Scientists were able to regenerate a frog’s leg to an almost complete state

With the help of a special silicone cap called “BioDome”, the scientists applied a cocktail of 5 different drugs on the missing limb for 24 hours. Once the BioDome was removed the leg regeneration process began, and continued for the next 18 weeks. The regenerated leg is sensitive to touch, the frog can swim with it, and it looks like the other legs, with one small difference: there are no bones in the toes.
