Two cups of coffee a day keeps the doctor away?

A new study finds that drinking 2 – 3 cups of coffee a day is associated with a lower risk of heart disease and dangerous heart rhythms, and also longevity. The results of the study showed similar outcomes in both healthy people and people with cardiovascular problems. Tests were done with caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee, and turns out caffeinated coffee is preferable for heart protection.
