Though the past few years were substantially rainy, the heavy drought in the years prior combined with the overuse of the sea of Galilee’s waters caused it to shrink. Israel’s water desalination solution could help revive it. Plans are being made to transfer desalinated water from the Hadera plant to the sea of Galilee.
