Could naps put you at higher risk for high blood pressure or a stroke?

Researchers in China checked the connection between adult napping and high blood pressure and strokes. They found that napping frequently raises the chances of high blood pressure by 12% and the chances of a stroke by 24% when compared to never napping. Napping isn’t unhealthy, say the scientists, but it might be a sign of a bad night’s sleep which has major effects on one’s health.
