New research showed that the more severe climate change will get the more susceptive the human population will become to viruses and plagues. The loss of wildlife habitats due to climate change will cause many species to migrate to places that are in closer proximity to humans. This means there will be more interactions between humans and wildlife, and more viruses will be spread that way.
