Growing up with dogs and cats reduces allergies

New research in Japan revealed that babies living with dogs and cats in the house have 13-16% less chance to develop food allergies. If the exposure to dogs and cats starts during pregnancy and lasts for many years the babies have even bigger chances to not get food allergies.
