More money is being invested in actions that contribute to climate change instead of actions that fight it

A U.N. report reveals that more money is invested in industries like fossil fuels, which contribute to the worsening state of climate change, instead of investing more in renewable energy. The report says if humans do not reduce their emissions by the end of the decade the world will heat up at unprecedented levels – 2.7-4.4 degrees celsius, which will have a devastating effect by the end of the century.
