Cane toad tadpoles cannibalistic habits

Cane toads are poisonous toads originally from South America and brought to Australia in 1935. The cane toads quickly became an invasive species with no enemies that can withstand its poison, except its own kind. The tadpoles are attracted to the poison found in the Cane toad’s eggs and feed on them.
