The coral reef in Eilat, Israel, suffered greatly after the winter storm of 2020. A new report shows the reef is still deteriorating since the storm with 5% less coral coverage, and 50% fewer sea urchins and seaweed. The water temperature rises in 2.5 times more than the global sea temperature rise.
