A survey checking wildlife state in Israel in the last decade (2010 – 2020) found that most mammals, birds, and reptiles populations are improving or staying stable. The survey checked 16 different species, some in danger of extinction, that are “flag species” for Israel and can give a good indication of the ecological state the country is in.
