Can the moon’s soil provide us with oxygen and fuels?

Chinese scientists analyzed the lunar soil and discovered quite remarkable things. The soil contains active compounds that have the ability to convert carbon dioxide into oxygen and fuels. The compounds don’t require any external energy but the sunlight.
