The Andaman Islands reef is in a worrisome condition

The Andaman Islands are Islands belonging to India, but are geographically closer to Thailand. Researchers from TAU saw that the shark and ray population in the area declined, which is a very bad indicator of the health of the reef. This is the first mission out of TAU to examine the Andaman Islands.
