The war in Ukraine may lead to a global food crisis

The war on Ukraine caused the oil prices to spike around the world, a global food crisis might also happen if the war continues. Russia and Ukraine provide 12% of the world’s calories and 40% of the wheat in the middle east. 13% of the world’s fertilizers come from Russia.
