Working out might help preventing congestive heart failure

New research in the U.K. showed that working out for 75-150 minutes a week reduces the chances of congestive heart failure significantly. Working out improves the heart muscles reducing the risks of diabetes and high blood pressure too. This is the first study done about the connection between congestive heart failure and sports.
